i-Aim Results Software is an interactive web based software application providing tools to improve service and parts operations by comparing current processes to best practices and writing action plans that influence sales performance and customer satisfaction.

A questionable economy and mounting competition create challenges for the automotive industry that will require capitalizing on every opportunity and minimizing expenses just to maintain the status quo.

The i-Aim software application provides 3 primary functions:

1. The insight of experience by utilizing technology
to aid managers in solving most problems occurring in fixed operations. Attrition is and will
be a challenge for all companies as baby boomers head for retirement. The experience that
boomers take with them will take time to build in the newer generations.

2. Helps identify concerns and provide viable recommendations by:

a. Analyzing out of line conditions
b. Drilling down to root cause and revealing broken processes
c. Make recommendations to improve processes based on best practices
d. Provide benefits to substantiate recommendations and secure acceptance
e. Allow management to exercise their own good judgment by selecting the
appropriate action to take based on the recommendations

3. Automated action planning, tracking and email reminders are included

a. Automating drill down and action plan creation walks the manager through all
necessary steps to create a workable action plan
b. The action planner allows the manager to set up a starting point to track through
culmination of the plan to determine if improvement has been achieved
c. The automated email reminders provide crucial follow up reminders to prevent
the action plan steps from being forgotten
d. Finally, the software allows copies to be sent to anyone set up by the manager
on action plan creation and progress
