Barbara is the founder and director of Human Resource Development Consulting (HRDC). Capitalizing on 23 years of automotive retail experience, 8 years of teaching college and in-dealership consulting she has focused her career on the importance of human resources to automotive business success.
Her academic background consisting of a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Masters Degrees in Human Resource Development and Management along with almost three decades of automotive experience creates a firm foundation for the mission of Human Resource Development Consulting.
Having experienced first hand many of the concerns that come with an automotive career she is armed and committed to provide "real world" HR development services. She recognizes full well
that obstacles to employee training and development exist, but can be overcome when the goal
of training is to improve the chances of reaching the ultimate outcome of loyal employees that
lead to loyal customers.
